ตอนสุดท้ายของตำนานพิภพวานร (ในโรงนะครับ เพราะหลังจากจบชุดนี้แล้ว ยังมีการสร้างมาเป็นซีรี่ส์อีก 2 ชุด นั่นคือ Planet of the Apes ในปี 1974 ความยาว 14 ตอน ตอนละ 60 นาที และในปี 1975 ก็มีอออกมาอีกชุดนึง ในชื่อว่า Return to the Planet of the Apes ความยาว 13 ตอน ตอนละ 30 นาที ซึ่งเรื่องราวมันจะเกี่ยวกับ เหล่านักบินอวกาศไปเจอพิภพวานร แล้วก็ผจญภัยกันไปนั่นแหละ)
