Synopsis
เรื่องราวของแก๊งสกูบี้ที่ยังคงไขปริศนาตามปกติเหมือนทุกครั้ง แต่แล้วอยู่ๆรถของพวกเขาก็ได้หายไป(Mystery Machine) แล้วเรื่องบังเอิญก็เกิดขึ้นเมื่อแช๊กกี้ชนะรางวัลทางโทรทัศโดยรางวัลก็คือการไปพักร้อนที่เกาะแห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งเมื่อพวกเขาไปถึงเกาะพวกเขาก็ได้รู้ว่ามันคือเกาะ Moonscar Island ที่ตอนนี้ใช้ชื่อว่า Moonstar Islandอยู่ แถมยังมีพวกซอมบี้โผล่มาอีก สกูบี้และผองเพื่อนจึงต้องช่วยกันไขปริศนาที่เกาะแห่งนี้อีกครั้ง
